A few ground rules.
Effective October 18, 2026. Videos are a paid product, not a free generation trial. Only a verified successful production payment authorizes one video; preparing an unpaid order never starts generation.
Two-person Softhearted Gunner videos
Softhearted Gunner uses two authorized adult portraits combined into one reference layout, instead of the single-person costume input. Person 1 is the gunner; person 2 receives theatrical zombie makeup before a sunny hug ending. The fixed prompt requests a non-functional film prop, no firing and no gore. Both adults must consent to processing and intended use; public figures, minors and pet photos are unsupported. The same configured price, verified payment requirement, video format, private access window and refund rules apply. This mode authorizes exactly two fixed scene submissions followed by automatic trimming and hard-cut assembly into one finished MP4. Costume modes remain limited to one submission. Neither mode includes automatic re-generation attempts. Timing and likeness may vary; no particular result or reach is guaranteed.
Current availability
Boo Studio offers a paid image-to-video service, not a free generation trial. One verified production payment authorizes one costume video. The homepage photo-quality check and static layout remain browser-local and do not change your clothing. When secure order preparation is available, its separately confirmed upload sends a portrait to private storage for an unpaid order. If unavailable, the page disables it and the photo remains local. The six costume portraits are fictional concept stills; the vampire video is a fictional-adult test, not a customer result.
Paid order and payment verification
The homepage saves a one-hour local draft before the payment-details page. A separate upload permission and Cloudflare security check are required to create an unpaid production order and privately store its normalized portrait. Uploading, refreshing, a URL parameter or a checkout redirect never proves payment. Only the server-verified Waffo production callback matching this store, order, currency and price can authorize one video. Sandbox payment never authorizes customer generation. There is no public free-video or public sandbox checkout. If secure checkout is unavailable, payment attempts are blocked on the server. Unpaid orders cannot start generation.
Private sandbox workflow
Operator-authorized tests can exercise persistent task states, simulated failure/retry, private sample downloads and sandbox refund requests using the existing fictional video. Files are labelled TEST FIXTURE and are not freshly generated or personalized. A sandbox payment or refund moves no real money; submitting a refund request is not confirmation of completion. This private test facility does not open customer checkout or grant a paid video entitlement.
Private source-photo preparation
An operator-created private test-order link can accept a source photo after a separate upload action and adult-photo permission confirmation. Unlike the homepage preview, this sends a normalized image to private Cloudflare storage. Uploading does not authorize generation or spend model credits. A separately authorized operator acceptance test can temporarily enable SEEAPI for one specified test order under an explicit credit budget; it also requires verified sandbox payment and separate per-task spending approval. Expired sources must be uploaded again; approval is not granted automatically when merchant review ends. This operator test facility cannot authorize production orders.
Original scenes from still images
The video product starts with one authorized adult photo and generates a new Halloween costume animation featuring the same person. We do not offer face swapping, identity replacement, voice cloning, celebrity impersonation or face replacement in existing footage. Source-video and custom-audio uploads are not supported. AI output may change clothing, motion, likeness and other details; no particular resemblance, artistic result or social-media reach is guaranteed.
Adults and permission only
You must be at least 18 and have the rights to every selected image. Use your own adult photo or obtain the explicit permission of the adult shown, covering both processing and the intended use of the result. Do not use minors, public figures, celebrities, unauthorized private individuals or copyrighted characters. A photo-quality score does not verify age, consent or identity. Permission does not authorize prohibited or deceptive uses.
AI models and independence
The published vampire test was generated with Seedance 2 Mini through SEEAPI: 8 seconds, 720p and vertical 9:16 MP4, including the original sample audio. The static concepts were separately AI-generated. Paid orders use Seedance 2 Mini; other models are not customer-selectable. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SEEAPI, its model providers, Waffo or any social platform. Models do not guarantee accurate or safe output.
Price, delivery and cancellation
The configured price is US$6.90 for one 8-second, 720p, 9:16 MP4 using Seedance 2 Mini through SEEAPI, plus applicable tax shown before payment. It is a single purchase, not a subscription or credit pack. A verified production payment authorizes one costume submission, or two fixed scene submissions plus automatic editing for Softhearted Gunner, not unlimited retries; uncertain outcomes require manual review, not another charge or automatic resubmission. Generation time varies; the order page shows actual task states, not a guaranteed countdown. Private access ends 24 hours after order creation, so download promptly. Stop an unstarted paid job to request manual billing review; an active provider task cannot be recalled automatically. See the refund policy.
Content rules and responsible sharing
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, threats, hate, child-unsafe content, deceptive likeness use and infringement are prohibited. Do not present an AI scene as a recording of real events, fabricate evidence or endorsements, or impersonate anyone. Disclose AI generation when sharing and follow the destination platform’s rules.
Breaches, removal and review
We may refuse operator-run requests, remove or restrict material hosted under our control, or suspend the affected feature when misuse is identified. Serious or repeated violations can result in refusal of further operator assistance; evidence may be retained or disclosed when legally required. This service has no customer-account or purchased-credit system, so we do not claim automatic account bans or credit confiscation. A policy rejection is not a successful delivery, and mandatory refund rights still apply. Report an issue or request reconsideration through the support email with the relevant page, job reference and a concise explanation.
Your content and third-party rights
You keep your rights in your images. Homepage selection permits only local processing. A separately confirmed upload permits private storage and order preparation, not publication or training. Completing a production purchase authorizes the disclosed provider to process the fixed costume request for that order. An operator test needs separate spending approval. Your use of downloads remains subject to the rights of the people and works shown; we do not grant rights to another person's likeness, music, brands or copyrighted characters.
Privacy, availability and mandatory rights
Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, private uploads, production and sandbox order records, and service providers. Local previews and the paid service are provided as available and may be changed or paused for safety, maintenance or capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party platform approval. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date; the active offer, applicable taxes and fulfillment terms are disclosed before payment.
