Effective October 17, 2026. Videos are a paid product, not a free generation trial. Only a verified successful production payment authorizes one video; preparing an unpaid order never starts generation.
Current payment status
Secure Waffo checkout is available for paid orders. Videos are a US$6.90 single purchase, not free generation. Local preparation and an unpaid order do not charge money or authorize rendering. Waffo sandbox payments are simulations only and never create a real customer entitlement. A paid test label is not proof of a real charge.
Paid-order cancellation and delivery failure
Cancellation of a paid job before provider submission creates a durable manual billing-review request and stops that queued job; a request is not a completed refund. Active or uncertain provider tasks require investigation, not blind resubmission. A verified failed generation with no usable delivery, duplicate charge or service-side delivery failure is eligible for a full refund through the original payment provider. Contact support for an active task or other billing issue. We do not automatically invoke real-money refund APIs, issue refund credits, or waive mandatory consumer rights. An unpaid order has no money to refund.
An unexpected or incorrect real charge
If a payment statement appears to show a Boo Studio charge, contact support@aihalloweencostumevideo.com and the payment provider so we can verify the merchant and transaction. Include the order/payment reference, date, amount and checkout email if available; never send a full card number, password or security code. Please report a suspected billing error within 14 days where possible. That request period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and handling times
A verified duplicate, incorrect or otherwise unauthorized real charge attributable to us is eligible for a full refund through the original payment provider. We aim to acknowledge a billing report within three business days and review it within seven business days after receiving the information needed to identify it. If further investigation is needed, we will explain the delay. An approved refund will be submitted to the provider within five business days; the provider and bank control when it appears on the original payment method. These are manual support procedures, not an automated refund feature.
Sandbox failure and cancellation tests
Operator-only delivery tests use the existing fictional sample, not a newly generated customer video. A known simulated rendering failure is retried at most once; a second failure, exhausted storage retries or cancellation while queued creates one durable sandbox refund request. An uncertain task or refund outcome is held for operator reconciliation rather than blindly retried. Refund requests immediately revoke test downloads. A Waffo ticket may still require merchant approval: queued, submitted and processing do not mean refunded. Only a verified matching success callback or a reconciled successful refund record confirms completion. There are no automatic real-money refunds or refund credits enabled.
No real money in simulations
A simulated payment can only have a simulated refund; no real money can be returned from it. A prerecorded test-file download is clearly labelled TEST FIXTURE and is not personalized paid fulfillment. A local layout preview, fictional concept image or example video does not constitute a purchase. Different artistic preferences about a free sample do not create a charge.
Disputes and mandatory rights
Please contact support so we can investigate a billing issue, but this is not a requirement to give up a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy. Merchant processing fees are not automatically deducted from a refund required by law. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Waffo Pancake handles the configured checkout and payment process under its own applicable terms.
