Support and billing
support@aihalloweencostumevideo.com reaches the independent operator through the verified domain’s email-forwarding route. Use the subject Support or Billing issue and include a page URL or order reference if relevant. Paid videos start only after a verified production payment; an unpaid upload or a sample is not a purchase. Billing reports are acknowledged on the target schedule described in the Refund Policy; we do not offer a 24-hour live-chat service.
Content and rights reports
Use the same address with the subject Content report. Describe the affected page or job, the suspected violation and any relevant rights or authorization information. Do not send explicit or illegal material in an initial report. You do not need to be a customer to report a concern.
Content report response targets
The operator handles reports manually. We aim to acknowledge receipt within three business days and complete an initial review, take appropriate action on material under our control or provide a reasoned initial decision within seven business days of receipt. Business days mean Monday through Friday. If more information, investigation or a provider response is needed, we explain the delay and give an updated target date within that seven-business-day period, then aim to provide progress updates at least every seven business days while the case is open. We reply with the outcome and any action we can disclose. The same targets apply to appeals. Credible child-safety, non-consensual intimate-content and imminent-harm reports are prioritized; this is not a continuously monitored emergency service or a guarantee of a third party’s response time.
Privacy and deletion
Use the subject Privacy request. Describe the order record or correspondence you want us to locate. Photos selected for the free homepage preview are processed locally and are not available for us to retrieve or delete from our servers; remove them from your tab or device. Separately confirmed uploads are stored privately as described in the Privacy Policy. Provider-side copies from paid generation or authorized tests require a separate deletion process.
Keep sensitive information out of email
Do not send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, full card numbers, card security codes or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request, but never for your password or full payment-card details.
