Two-person fictional zombie-hug scenes
The Softhearted Gunner mode requires two consenting adults and permission for each photo and the intended use. Only theatrical zombie makeup, a visibly fictional non-functional cinematic prop and a gentle hug ending are requested. No firing, bullets, gunshots, injuries, blood or gore. Do not use it to threaten, harass or misrepresent either adult. Public figures, minors and pet photos are unsupported. This fictional scene does not permit any prohibited violence or deceptive likeness use.
Scope and authorized adult photos
These rules cover selected photos, static layouts, costume templates, paid generation, operator-run video tests and the material displayed on this site. Select only your own adult photo or an image of an adult who explicitly authorized the processing and intended use. Minors, celebrities, public figures, unauthorized private individuals and copyrighted characters are not supported. Consent does not authorize any of the prohibited uses below. The homepage preview is local; the separate paid-order upload sends a normalized portrait to private storage. Custom generation prompts are not accepted.
1. Sexual and NSFW content
Pornography, nudity for sexual use, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, non-consensual intimate imagery, and nudification or undressing tools are prohibited. Costume concepts must remain non-sexual and fully appropriate for general audiences.
2. Violence and gore
Graphic violence, blood or gore, threats, encouragement of violence, terrorism, extremist recruitment, self-harm encouragement and content facilitating physical injury are prohibited. Halloween fog, theatrical makeup and generic fantasy costumes are not permission to depict injury or abuse.
3. Hate and harassment
Hate speech, dehumanization, discriminatory abuse targeting protected characteristics, targeted humiliation, intimidation and harassment are prohibited. Do not use another person’s likeness to shame, threaten or defame them.
4. Child safety
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming and any content endangering children are prohibited without exception. Photos of anyone under 18 are not supported even for non-sexual scenes. Do not send explicit or illegal imagery when making an initial report.
5. Deepfakes and deceptive impersonation
Face swapping or identity replacement involving real people, face replacement in existing footage, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions, voice cloning, false speech, fabricated evidence or endorsements, fraud and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. Do not use any generated scene to claim that a person actually said, did or endorsed something. Any shared AI scene must be identified as AI-generated rather than a recording of a real event. The costume animation uses the same authorized adult as its starting image; it is not a source-video editing or identity-transfer service.
6. Copyright, trademarks and other rights
Content infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness or publicity rights is prohibited. Do not submit copyrighted characters, unauthorized branded designs, logos, music or source footage. Use generic original costume concepts. Do not imply affiliation with artists, brands, model providers or social platforms. Other illegal, harmful or deceptive uses are also prohibited.
The content controls actually in place
Local photo-quality checks are not content moderation, age verification or consent verification. Separately enabled private uploads validate format, dimensions and integrity, not the identity or permission of the person shown. The paid pipeline accepts six fixed family-friendly costume templates, no custom prompts, source video or audio, and sets SEEAPI's safety-checker option. Server-side challenge verification, admission limits and verified production payment are required for customer requests; there is no free-generation bypass. There is no public gallery. Provider filtering is not a guarantee of safety or an independently verified input/output moderation service. We do not claim a 24-hour review team or routine human review of every file. Unpaid orders, sandbox callbacks and browser redirects cannot start production generation.
Private test uploads
Private operator-created test orders can accept a normalized still portrait only after an adult-photo permission confirmation. Server validation checks image format, actual dimensions and integrity, not who is shown or whether permission is genuine. No custom prompt or source video is accepted. Sandbox permissions cannot authorize production generation. A separately authorized operator acceptance test may temporarily enable one specified test order under an explicit credit budget; uploading a photo or completing sandbox payment cannot authorize it. Every operator-approved generation test must comply with every rule above and use the fixed family-friendly costume templates; provider filtering does not replace operator review.
Reports and review
Send content or rights reports to support@aihalloweencostumevideo.com with the subject Content report. Provide a relevant page URL or job reference, explain the concern and your relationship to the affected person or work, and include only necessary evidence. Users and affected third parties may report. We review available hosted material and relevant records and may ask for clarification; unavailable local images cannot be reviewed from our systems. Do not email passwords, API keys, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.
Report acknowledgment and handling times
Content reports are handled manually by the operator. We aim to acknowledge receipt within three business days and complete an initial review, take appropriate action on material under our control or provide a reasoned initial decision within seven business days of receiving the report. Business days mean Monday through Friday. If information is missing or a case requires additional investigation or a provider response, we will explain the reason, identify the next steps and give an updated target date within that seven-business-day period; we aim to provide a progress update at least every seven business days while the case remains open. We communicate the outcome and any action we can disclose by reply email. These are handling targets, not a promise of a particular outcome or a third party’s response time.
Urgent safety reports
We prioritize credible reports involving child exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or imminent harm. Once reviewed, we may restrict access to material under our control while investigating, preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required. Do not attach explicit or illegal material to an initial report. Email is not monitored continuously, and we do not claim a 24-hour emergency-response service.
Actions we can take and appeals
For material or requests under our control, we may refuse a request, remove or restrict hosted assets, pause an affected feature, or refuse further operator assistance for serious or repeated misuse. We may preserve necessary evidence or cooperate with competent authorities where legally required. There is no customer account or purchased-credit system to suspend or confiscate in this service. To contest an action, reply to support with the reference, your explanation and relevant authorization evidence. The same three-business-day acknowledgment, seven-business-day initial review and extension/update targets apply to appeals. We consider the available facts and explain the decision; there is no separate appeals team, and a review does not guarantee reversal.
